Matt Bow
Director
Matt is a SMSF Registered Auditor, Certified Practicing Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with over eighteen years experience in public practice.
Prior to joining Super Green Tick, Matt held senior roles in accounting firms including KPMG, where he developed a broad skill base servicing the accounting and taxation needs of a diverse range of local and international clients.
In Matt’s prior role he managed a team of staff that provided accounting advice to corporate and high net worth clients on all aspects of their Australian taxation obligations including the management of large SMSF’s.
Peter Gallagher
Director
Peter is a SMSF Registered Auditor, Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax Agent and SMSF Association specialist Auditor with over twenty five years professional experience in Accounting firms and as a Commercial Finance Director.
Peters worked for eight years as a Chief Financial Officer for China Merchants and Brookfield Multiplex. Prior to this with Ernst & Young and PwC in their Insurance and Superannuation audit divisions for over 10 years.
Prior to Peter joining Super Green Tick he worked as a Chartered Accountant and operated his own accounting practice, where he focused on providing outsourced CFO services and wealth creation / superannuation advice.
Rochelle Badewitz
Audit Team Member
Rochelle is an auditor with Super Green Tick. In this role she works closely with Matt and Peter in the execution of the SMSF audits.
Rochelle has over twenty years experience in managing busy accounting and auditing practices, Rochelle brings a wealth of knowledge, practical skills and a professional approach. She is currently studying for a Bachelor of Accounting through the University of South Australia.
Karen Marnoch
Office Coordinator
Karen is Super Green Tick’s Office Coordinator. In this role she is responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, including administration, accounts and client management.
With over thirty years experience in managing busy superannuation back-office process, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge, practical skills and a professional approach to the management of the business.
